Risk Management Framework and PDCA Cycle
Establishing the Context, Risk Management Policy, Five Excellence Criteria and Associated Measures, Integration, Accountability, Resources, Communication and Reporting, and relationship between the components of the Risk Management Framework

Day 2

Risk Management Process
Communication and Consultation, Establishing the Context, Risk Criteria, Risk Assessment, Risk Treatment and Monitoring and Review

Risk Management Plan
Risk Assessment, Risk Treatment Options, Controls, and Plan

Attributes of Enhanced Risk Management

Course Assessment

The delegate is assessed based on participation and performance throughout the duration of the course. This includes all exercises, case studies and all other activities during the course. Please note, full attendance is required during the training course.
